I believe a client should train with me because i’m willing to help them achieve their goal no matter how difficult. I’m creating customized programs for the individual based on their specific needs. Also with daily check ins we can make changes where needed to ensure progress is made.
My go-to workout would have to be a heavy back day. I love moving some heavy weight!
I enjoy chicken and rice, sweet potatoes, air fried veggies. Also enjoy hummus, and fresh fruits.
I dislike tuna and especially canned tuna, also not the biggest fan of brown rice only sometimes!

I love some good old school metal, hiphop/rap is usually a go to as well.
Fun fact about me is that i enjoy running/cardio almost as much as i love weight training.
