Truthfully as long as they are training in any setting I’d be happy! I think the type of energy I bring to clients, always their biggest supporter is a huge plus. I just want them to see results and reach goals, I believe I also bring real world experience and knowledge that you just don’t get from free information online. To keep them on track especially when their workouts may seem to flatline and results don’t show right away. That’s when I have found that most people fade out and quit.
My favorite workout session would have to be a great leg day, squats have always been my favorite.
The basic chicken and veggies but my treats are yogurt with blueberries also I love rice cakes.
Anything spicy, I can’t do any spice which can make it tough when eating out!
