I know how the body works and I have a success story of my own. I lost 80 lbs and have lowered my resting heart rate by 30 bpm and my sleep apnea is gone. I have also transformed many other clients into much healthier versions of themselves. My passion is helping others achieve their goals. My clients are my friends and the reason I got into personal training.
