I used to be the skinny guy. I had low self esteem and low self worth. When I was introduced to the gym and, more specifically, bodybuilding for aesthetics, I instantly fell in love. I finally had something that made me wake up every day with drive and passion. Every day I wanted to workout harder, lift more weights, and improve my physique more and more. It gave me confidence, happiness and fulfillment in myself. I finally felt like I could do what I set my mind to. Becoming a fitness coach, to me, isn’t about getting people jacked. I just love seeing the mental transformation in people when they begin to see results. Society today encourages people to disregard health and, more specifically, obesity. Obesity is one of the biggest health issues in America, and it’s a huge reason why so many people have low self confidence and depression. My goal is to help people fight. It’s to help restore people’s self worth and show them they can become stronger, healthier, and better.
Thomas's mantra
In my experience, most people new to the gym/fitness are intimidated by all of the different workouts/exercises/machines at the gym, and all of the info online only serves to overwhelm them with how much conflicting information there is. Every client I work with receives a completely custom experience, based around their own life, health level and fitness goals. I build all of my client relationships around professionalism and trust. This means they have someone they can count on that they know has their fitness goals and best interest at heart, and are always being put first.
Because real fitness results start with a real relationship.
Because the best workouts are the ones you'll actually do. Thomas will build workouts to fit:
Because sustainable improvements to nutrition drive life-changing benefits, Thomas will:
Because life happens. When it does, Thomas has your back.
