My Mission
"Start where you are not where you want to be." I highly advocate a slow approach to health and fitness in order to create a lifelong habit that is sustainable. Your goals are your goals and how you reach them is up to you. There is no right or best way to develop a healthier more active lifestyle and what will work for you may not work for someone else. With so many different options available to change up your daily routine it's hard to know where to start and once you've started how to keep going. My purpose as a personal trainer, is to not only create a custom training program with realistic and obtainable goals, but also to help you understand the concepts behind fitness so that you are able to perfom your sessions with confidence and progress them until you get the results you desire.
