I have an extensive background in breaking things down into smaller, digestible pieces of information–specifically concerning body alignment, movement pathways and proper warm-up or stretching techniques. I also strive to be a very personable and approachable coach who will create an individualized, flexible plan for every client and will remain a message away at all times! My job is to make your fitness journey safer, more joyful and more effective.
My current go-to is circuit-style strength training mixed with some endurance work, like HIIT!
