People have a variety of needs with keeping, goals and barriers in mind. Helping clients achieve results in a safe way is what matters!
Circuit training mixed in with some HIIT is one of my favorite ways to get a good sweat going on!
I love all foods however, one healthy go to will be a nice curry tempeh and shrimp bowl with greens!

I love active rest days! One of my favourite ways to spend doing an active rest day is walking!
