Circuit training mixed in with some HIIT is one of my favorite ways to get a good sweat going on!
I love all foods however, one healthy go to will be a nice curry tempeh and shrimp bowl with greens!
I'm a big fan of veggies but never liked wilted spinach or steamed bok choy haha.

You can find me getting a good sweat on with anything from the 70's all the way to the top 40!
I love active rest days! One of my favourite ways to spend doing an active rest day is walking!
