My Mission
It's my mission to inspire clients to live an amazing life through a holistic approach to health and wellness that they never imagined possible! Especially when going through hormonal imbalances and changes and finally losing those unwanted pounds they have carried for years as I experienced myself when I lost 40 lbs through my own mid-life hormone issue and changes! I got into fitness after having 2 children and wanted to explore more of my life. In 2005 I became inspired to enter my first Figure Competition. I walked with a 1st place finish in the Sandra Wickham Fall Classic in 2006. In 2007, I placed 1st in the BC Provincial Championships and in 2008 placed 5th in the Canadian Nationals. I became an INN Certified Holistic Nutrition Health and Wellness Nutritionist and Certified CFES Personal Trainer. My true passion is helping clients to achieve true results with a dynamic and holistic approach through fitness and nutrition when mid-life hormone changes arrive.

People who seek free information regarding fitness and nutrition may be doing themselves a disservice. Different people may have a variety needs, goals and barriers either physical or emotionally and could put themselves at further increased risk for injury. I believe understanding one’s bio-individual needs, barriers and goals for health, fitness and nutritional lifestyle changes is one of best ways to gain a successful outcome. This is not found seeking free information online.

My go-to workout

Circuit training mixed in with some HIIT is one of my favorite ways to get a good sweat going on!

Healthy food I love

I love all foods however, one healthy go to will be a nice curry tempeh and shrimp bowl with greens!

Healthy food I hate

I'm a big fan of veggies but never liked wilted spinach or steamed bok choy haha.
