Meet Coach Taylor

My Mission

My mission is to help people find happiness through a healthy lifestyle. I have a strong background in helping a variety of people. I am a doctor and help patients with weight goals through nutritional protocols. I also have worked with athletes to improve their performance. I have been an athlete for almost my entire life. I was a professional football player for the LFL. I also played basketball from grade school through college. Finally, I am a mother of twin babies. I am not only certified to work with pregnant but had an amazing pregnancy experience by maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I was able to get pregnant quickly after starting a low inflammatory diet, maintained working out all through pregnancy, and lost all my baby weight within two month after delivering my twin babies. I would love to help many women get through pregnancy like I did! :)
