The training I offer will leave the client sweaty, sore, and confident. If a client is a good fit for me I make sure they leave the session feeling better and stronger than when they entered. Through training with me the client will see results and accountability, which cannot be guaranteed from other sources.
My go-to workout is lower body (glute focused?) with cardio and abs as a finisher!
Apples with mix of peanut butter, greek yogurt, and dark chocolate flakes on top. SO good, 10/10.
