Growing up as a high level athlete I was exposed to fitness at a young age. Once I got into my teenage years, I was diagnosed with several chronic conditions and autoimmune disorders that left me with the difficult decision of having to stop gymnastics before I was able to compete on a scholarship in college. Since my diagnoses I have continued to educate myself and learn new ways to maintain my quality of life to the highest degree I'm capable of controlling, which led me to become passionate about educating others and helping them achieve fitness and healthy lifestyle goals they once dreamed about. Being part of someone's fitness journey and seeing not only physical changes, but emotional, mental, and all-around lifestyle changes is truly a magical and rewarding experience that I can never seem to get enough of. I strive to help my clients become the best version of themselves in the healthiest and most sustainable way.
