A client that is a good fit with me and my training styles would excel with me rather than doing it by themselves or an other trainer because I will provide the encouragement and assistance they need to stay motivated. They will see amazing results when they are with a trainer that fits them and gives them the proper encouragement.
Personally I love weight training, especially legs. I also love H.I.T. workouts.
I'm a huge fan of yogurt and frozen fruit smoothies. I love rice, too. Most of my meals obtain rice.
