Meet Coach Taylor

My Mission

Every day I have the opportunity to change someone's life. My first job in fitness was as a kickboxing instructor and I loved how you could see an impact on someone within just 30 minutes. Personally, I originally got into fitness for aesthetic reasons, but now I do strength training for my own mental health. I hope to establish that kind of relationship with fitness with every person I work with! Strength is for everyone.

My philosophy is to keep things simple and drive results while leaving plenty of time for work/family/life. My biggest offerings as a coach are guidance to eliminate the guesswork and support that you can't get just anywhere.
