I think it’s very important to have someone who knows that they’re doing as well as helping guide a client through working out. If someone doesn’t have the knowledge on how to perform exercises properly or even workout you can either injure yourself or have an ineffective workout and make no progress.
I personally enjoy heavy weight training. I like feeling and looking strong.
My favorite breakfast is protein waffles and some eggs!
