I am really big on form and lifting/ moving correctly, you can research all you want and watch videos, but if you are not doing the movements correctly you will not see the benefits. I will work with them to help them understand movement and why its important to move correctly first then worry about moving heavier weight.
My favorite workout is weights sprinkled in with some HIIT training.
