I would be able to accommodate the client's learning style and make the session about them. I would tailor their exercises to a level at which they will feel confident and motivated to perform at. I would be unique as a trainer since I am very passionate about exercise in all populations, as I have volunteered with sports teams and those with underlying conditions to increase their physical activity. I am also highly enthusiastic and would not be shy to give it my all and project my excitement onto my client for them to find the exercise they're doing enjoyable and not just a task they need to complete.
My fav go-to is weight training back and biceps, and I LOVE swim training for full body days!
I'm a foodie at heart and love cutting up apples with a yogurt-nut butter dip. I also adore oatmeal!
There isn't much that I hate but I really am not a person who likes eggplant all that much...
