I feel an importance to listen, inspire and build around a clients' needs and ability to empower them to get excited about their journey to a stronger, more confident, healthier version of themselves. I like to add the human aspect where I can, as I have learned through my struggles. I believe motivation, recognition of accomplishment and accountability is paramount as well as making fitness fun. This is why I like the "live" aspect as well. What inspires me is making that difference.
My go-to workout is free weight strength training with a side of heavy bag work!

Typically something with a GOOD beat like House Music, but hard rock works too. depends on the day
being a "slave driver" as a coach, but making it fun! but mostly my own strong self motivation!
