I bring to the table not only standard training, i keep it fun & motivating, i enjoy not just the physical side of training but the mental, i can help clients with self discipline beating old habits they are tired of, all while learning the gym is a open place to be exercise keeps the body fresh & youthful. Theres just so many things you cannot be taught online, i can surely deliver the message.
