Meet Coach Tanya

My Mission

I grew up struggling with eating disorders my whole life so my weight fluctuated so much growing up especially after 2 kids. I thought I would never reach my fitness goals, but through education and self-determination I beat my eating disorder, I reached my goal and lost 50 pounds after 2 kids, and now I dedicate my life to helping others reach their goals. I come from my own personal struggles and accomplishments with nutrition and fitness so I know first hand how difficult eating healthy and working out can be, but most importantly I know how to overcome all the obstacles that get in the way of one's health and fitness journey.
