7 years as a coach have taught me to write programs that address the real problem behind any program. Consistency. Over the years I've put together a system that goes through everything that hinders consistency. Also, I have a deep knowledge of exercise selection and applying real-world strength training.
When I work out I love lifting a heavy sandbag or dancing with my kid SUPER fast :)
