As a triathlete I enjoy swimming and running for my cardio and I enjoy lifting weights and HIITS

I really enjoy a variety. It has to have a good beat to help keep energy up. I do like to sing too
I don't enjoy cycling and yet I do many 6-7 hour rides on the weekends. I hate to get dirty!
