As a Trainer I am almost an accountability partner before anything. I am very big on all of the aspects of goal setting and how to execute. I coach a girls basketball team so I know how to approach many different people on all levels. I am readily available at all times to assist clients. I am dedicated to the success of all my clients like the journey is my own!
My favorite workout is usually a short HIIT workout that includes a resistance band!
I love salads, all fruits, all vegetables, all nuts haha so basically anything healthy I can go for!
This is hard maybe things that have a weird texture like guacamole.
