
My counseling style focuses on gradual and sustainable changes overtime that promote and encourage a sense of accomplishment. I use my experience working in a variety of settings with a wide range of clientele to support positive change. My go to workout is three times a week cardio kickboxing and twice a week HIIT.
I love a variety of greens (chard, Bok choy), berries, nuts, seeds, lentils, beans, kiwi, apricots.
I am not a fan of wheatgrass that is added in smoothies. I like greens but not when overly bitter.

Alterative rock or Sia. Anything really, but when boy bands playing at the gym makes me laugh.
That I practice Muay Thai and spar with people who train for kickboxing fights and pro fighters.
