I bring a large amount of knowledge and experience to training with my clients, due to my 6+ years of studying this field. I have extensive knowledge of the human body, how it works, how it moves, what helps it, & what doesn’t help it; which will help you improve not only your fitness but your health and how you can move/exercise properly.
Either lifting heavy (mostly leg day!) or a tough cycling session.
