I want to help anyone that is wanting to be helped. The hardest part about fitness is admitting that you could be better. Most professional athletes desire to always better themselves but the rest of us struggle with admitting that being just OK is not good enough. You can read all the articles that you want online but having someone who cares about you and who cares about fitness will make all the difference in the world. That is what motivated me to begin my fitness journey!
My goal is usually hypertrophy but I enjoy staying reasonably lean with high intensity training!
I’ve found that “everything in moderation” is the best formula. I love Asian foods especially!
I hate substituting real foods for artificial wannabes!

Whatever has a good beat to count reps to is usually a go to. Hard-hitting bass that THOMPS!
My age! I am older than I look but that is definitely something to be proud of!
