Total Body Strength and Cardio: Jumping Jacks, Bridge with Chest Presses, High Knees, Dead Lifts
Avocados, Carrots, Seed grain toast/bread, Oatmeal, Smoothies, Lemon Pepper Chicken, so much more!
Onions, mushrooms, pickles, Kale (but I eat it when I have too) :)
