I have experience in many different types of fitness from experience as a college athlete, 2 years of competitive strongman, 1 year of bodybuilding, and now MMA. I feel I have enough knowledge to get nearly anyone to their goals through various training styles. On top of all of this, I have also been very out of shape before. I started my own fitness journey at 300lbs and nearly 50% body fat. Today, I am 240lbs and 20% body fat. I’ve transformed my life and I feel I can help others do the same.
My go to workout is a medium intensity, heavy weight, weight lifting session.
