I think my biggest asset is that I have been where they are. I have struggled with my weight for most of my life and know all the ups and downs of the Journey. I can bring the knowledge and experience that I gained when I lost over 100 lbs and put on a little muscle as well. Because of this, I have a lot of passion and compassion to help others see their fitness dreams come true.
My favorite workout is probably a nice Kettlebell circuit mixed with some traditional exercises.
I really love some grilled chicken or fish with some crisp vegetables and sliced avocado.
I don't really hate any healthy food done well. Maybe just tofu but will eat if made well.

I'm a big hip hop guy for most workouts. But love EDM, reggae, and 70s tunes like the Bee Gees
I'd say that I use to weigh over 300lbs. Also that I love golf and cooking.
