I have 30 years of experience, seeing people from different backgrounds, all with different goals, plus my own experiences with training for many types of activities as well as having to overcome injuries. That experience helps me relate to a wide range of individuals. As far as people working with a DIY plan. There are many things that can go wrong. First people don't fit into a 1 size fits all program. I can specialize it based on any limitations they may have at the time, I can work around scheduling issues, and I can change programs on the fly as needed. Cookie cutter programs don't do that.
My go to workout would probably be: Full body strength session ending with a quick cardio workout.
I pretty much have not met any food I don't love, especially if someone else prepares it for me.
Again I will eat just about anything you put in front of me :).

I don't love to workout. I'm just like everyone else, I have goals and exercise lets me achieve them
