I have personal experience most trainers don’t that allow me to connect: at my heaviest I was 330 lbs, I’ve lost substantial weight (150 lbs), I’ve hit plateaus, and I’ve gained weight back. I have a large family, so I understand the busyness of life. And I have struggled, been unmotivated, lacked energy, not believed in myself, been afraid, and more, so I am able to reach a level of empathy many trainers simply can’t.
