My Mission

My father has had debilitating health since I was 10, over 14 years he has regressed. This drove me to learn about nutrition and how that affects the body first. From there I tried to attend Dietetics school but could not afford it. I decided my love for fitness and the passion for a team network to work 1-on-1 with clients drove me to be who I am today. So no child has to endure what a parent can prevent.

I Love watching the transition from ones old self to the new person that's adapted to the lifestyle

My background

I have been all over the fitness industry from bodybuilding to 5k marathons, I've adapted my training programs as life has adapted me to fit your desired outcomes.

Why Train With Me

I utilize a 5AM-11PM schedule for my clients to access me unless I am occupied with in-person. I typically work till 5pm in my location with lots of free time. I manage Fri/Sat/Sun zoom/Text/Facetime calls for my clients to review the week at hand. I prefer to work with those who are attentive and need that push versus those who are novice and haven't even step foot in the gym. I can coach those who prefer home, but highly recommend at home equipment for progress change

My go-to workout

A mix of strength training with conditioning. Mainly 3 days weights 2-3 days conditioning

Healthy food I love

I love a variety of foods from proteins, carbs, and fats to veggies, and fruits.

Healthy food I hate

Brussel sprouts if I had one but I like to change for pallet for the health aspect
