My Mission

Hey guys ! My name is Blu! and I’ve been a certified personal trainer through the ISSA for the last 9 years! Over these years I’ve worked with clients from the ages of 92 years old to 15 years old and everywhere in between! Many people have come to me with different Health conditions and Physical limitations and were so happy to experience the improvements and results they didn’t know were possible after staying consistent and following a Tailor made regiment. (Seeing dramatic improvements in Balance, Mobility, coordination, heart health, Strength and Passing stress tests) I’ve also worked with many younger athletes, law enforcement officers, ex-addicts/alcoholics as well your every day super busy moms, dads, and business men and women! Guys! What ever your fitness goals are , whatever background you come from, I’m confident I have the knowledge and experience to help you find the motivation, teach you the discipline , while encouraging you and leading you on this journey!
