My Mission

Fitness was something that saved me during hard times. During college I worked fulltime over night and went to school full time during the day. I promised myself to always make time for my self and my body. I believe working out was what kept me positive and healthy mentally and physically during this stressful time. Fitness to me is a source of happiness. My mission is to help people incorporate exercise into there lives and love doing so!
