A client should train with me because I have the knowledge and experience to: 1. Develop a specific program related to that clients short/long term goals. 3. Educate the client on the importance of a healthy balance of nutrition, exercise, and free time. 2. Continue to mentally and physically motivate the client (be their cheerleader!). 3. Check in with the client regularly and adapt/change certain aspects of the program in their best interest.
