I feel as a client should train with me because I will really get to know them. I will get on a personal level with them to where they feel comfortable with me sharing their short and long-term goals. We will figure out together a way that best fits them to reach those goals. Once we have reached those goals we will continue to make new goals to work towards. I feel as this is why someone should train with me.
My go to workout is stench the training along with a cardio workout.
I stick to a gluten free dairy free diet. I love Fruits, vegetables, rice, chicken, and eggs.
