Why Train With Me

I feel that someone should train with me personally because of my experience. I have been through just about every scenario. I grew up running cross country and track, even made it to the collegiate level, I have my bachelors in Kinesiology, and worked in a physical therapy clinic where I got to assist with rehabilitation, personal training, and group led exercise classes. I have been exposed to various types of exercise, therefore, can aide to many different body types and training goals.
