I believe everyone can use a coach. free information is usually not targeted to one specific person and that is why someone might not be reaching their goals. with me I would be able to directly use my knowledge and experiences to make a plan that fit their needs, hold them accountable and be there for them.
any outdoor workout is my fav: running and HIIT circuits. the more sweat the better!
Protein coffee is a must every morning (w/ whip cream of course) & protein ice cream!
