Meet Coach Spencer

My Mission

My mission is to educate the people I work with. I love training people, but I don't want you to feel tied to having a trainer your whole life. If you can leave our sessions with a better understanding of your body and what works for you, then I've done my job. And if you still want to come hang out, I'm all for it! Let's get that sweat on!!

My experiences are well rounded, ranging from young athletes to mature general population clients, even up to collegiate experience. With a broad perspective and an approachable and teachable personality, I can be a great fit for any client and work towards what makes them feel confident and strong. Not only this, but I have passion to create educational content that could bolster and highlight the training programs and protocol used.
