I have over 5 years of training experience in both sports related lifting, common fitness and bodybuilding, and experience in strength and power trimaining. My go to workout is a HIIT styled workout. It helps get the heart rate going and is convenient.
There isn't a food/meal I don't like. My favorite has to be protein pancakes as of right now.
If you cook it right now healthy food is bas, its all about finding out how to cook to your liking.

People think I put a crazy amount of time in the gym but it's all about balance and recovering.
