I have been training for the last four years focusing on different fitness styles inluding cardio, HIIT, resistance training, etc. I have also gone through different goals through my fitness journey such as gaining strength and muscle mass as well as weight loss. I understand how each client has individual goals and not every plan will work for each client, and will find a plan that works best for them both within regards to physical changes and their enjoyment of the program.
I love starting with a quick 10 minute walk, followed by a chest/shoulders/triceps workout.
Grilled chicken and rice with green and/or black beans always hits the spot!

I love hip hop music during heavy lifts and pop music during cardio.
Most people are surprised to learn that I’m bilingual (english and french).
