Adapting to healthy lifestyle (no fad diets here!) or training to reach a goal is a team effort. As a trained expert, I’m able to guide you on the best path but it’s up to you to put in the work! I’m approachable and bubbly but will also push and motivate! I love to teach my clients how to listen to their body and build a strong neuromuscular connection. This will improve form and alignment, as well as help you notice when you’ve hit fatigue and it’s time to back off to prevent injury.
