My mission is to make people strong and not be intimidated of weight training. Weights do not make a person bulky, it makes you healthy and strong. When I was younger I always thought women shouldn’t lift and then once I realized that was a lie I really blossomed. So I hope you can grow with me.
Sierra's mantra
My programming is very unique. I incorporate full body every session, because most clients can only workout 2-3 times a week and I want the workout to be worth it. I want them to get results. The program is unique to them, so they can enjoy what they are doing but also be challenged.
