This includes anything from increasing performance, injury prevention, building aesthetics, powerlifting, functional movement, etc. I also understand the importance of and feel confident in giving each client a program that is tailored to their specific goals and needs instead of giving them generic templates.
I like a bit of everything. Powerlifting, Olympic lifts, Supersets, HIIT, and a cardio finisher.
I LOVE pasta. Throw in cherry tomatoes, baby kale, garlic, onions, and chickpea pasta and I'm set.
