Patterns of action are like strong habits or rules you follow automatically, things you do without any conscious effort and we all have them. We have patterns for how we work, eat, exercise, how we relate to other people and so on. The only thing that makes one pattern of action favorable and the other detrimental is whether or not it brings us closer to or further away from our objectives. It's time to ask yourself what your objectives are.
