I believe every client is a good fit for me from my experience between the physical therapy office I learned from and the personal training I have done in the past years. I have worked with a wide array of clients with different limitations and my number one goal always is to ensure proper form and safety before anything else. I can give people the results they want, but I'd like to give them sustainability in their workouts, so they feel empowered to do this for decades! Not as a quick fix.
