I am upbeat, engaging, and empathetic. I take the time needed to get to know clients and understand where they are coming from in order to meet them where they are at initially and then allow for moments of challenge in each workout. My workouts are effective and always incorporate some cardio as well, so they not only help with body composition, but heart health too.
A long lift followed by a ride on my peloton, sprint runs, or a long swim practice!
Trash bucket salad (aka a giant salad with everything in it), bananas, and PIZZA! (In moderation ;))
If it’s healthy, I love it- but I am allergic to nuts which are healthy! So I’ll stick with nuts!
