Movement is life, and life is movement! My chief aim is to change the way that people across the world view their movement within their world. To do this, I strive to meet each and every client 'where they currently are' and attempt to understand their authentic needs, assist them in filling their gaps and attacking their weaknesses, while helping them to facilitate a connection to their bodies through moving more functionally (aka in ways which are practical and relevant to them!).

I have the ability to facilitate meaningful interactions to meet individuals ‘where they currently are.’ I believe that the trainer should be more than a teacher, coach, or leader, but rather they should be a facilitator; not adhering too closely to ‘one way’ of doing and being and instead, attempting to tailor the message to authentically meet the individual in front of them.
