A client should train with me because I will always put their needs and concerns first. I will always make myself available to the client and do everything I can to help them to reach their fitness goals. I will also make workout plans that best fit the client and always use their inputs and aspirations into consideration. I also am great at communicating and understanding clients based off their specific needs. No request is too small and I will always make sure my client is beyond satisfied with me as their virtual trainer.
My favorite workout to hit is a push day (chest, shoulders, and tris).
