I have over 10 years experience training, I’ve been working out and been an athlete my whole life, played college football, I’ve accomplished incredible feats lifting and athletically. ( benching 405lbs, running a 4.43 40yrd dash, 36in vert, pull ups with 135lb extra weight, pistol squats w/ 100lbs..) Through experience, I’ve learned the best and smartest ways to train while limiting risk and staying healthy. I’ve had a client lose over 64lbs with me in under 6months and clients add 4lbs of muscle with me in 6weeks (beginner). I’ve trained all types of athletes( even figure skaters), physique competitors, ages 8-84 (currently training an 84 year old for the last year with zero injuries, with multiple fused vertebrae and a fake hip, Stan has become significantly stronger and no longer uses his walking cane since he’s trained with me). I know how to train for any goal a client may have and put in place the correct program to safely reach those goals in a timely manner.
