Clients should train with me because I deeply care about hearing what they health and fitness goals are and finding ways to incorporate them into their lives. I want them to have tangible goals that will keep them encouraged in their journey and not have goals that are too lofty that they quickly become discouraged or feel as though they cannot continue and simply go to old habits.
