Within just the last five years there has been a lot of misinformation spread around the internet. Many of these "influencers" care about profits more than factual information. As a competitive bodybuilder, and a student of exercise science, I believe I would be able to help clients find the facts about health and fitness. I also have the ability to talk to anyone so maintaining a good relationship with clients should not be a problem!
My go-to workout looks like this : warm up (dynamic HIIT), 3-4 weighted movements, 20-30min cardio
Sirloin, leafy greens, sweet potatoes, jasmine rice, almond butter, and of course chicken!
Tuna, chia seeds, any dairy products because of intolerance.
